The FRISK® Leadership Program is a proven communication framework for successfully remediating performance problems and developing legally defensible documentation when discipline is necessary. 

Basic session is three-hours in length: 9:00am – 12:00pm 
Advanced session will be two-hours: 1pm – 3pm.
