Benefits
Fresno County Superintendent of Schools offers a generous and comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees and their eligible dependents. Plan designs and costs to the eligible employee vary based on employment classification. Benefits begin on the first day of the month following the date you are hired into a benefit-eligible position.
The amount an employee may be required to pay for coverage may change annually. These amounts are announced during the designated open enrollment period. Any required employee contribution is made through automatic payroll deduction.
Eligible employees may also choose to participate in a Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account or a Health Flexible Spending Account through our Section 125 plan.
